I hate to say it...

But Sanjaya didn't completely disgust me last night. Singing in Spanish must somehow make him seem less annoying. Does anyone agree? Don't get me wrong, I still do not think that he deserves to be in this competition, but he's not in my bottom three. What do you think about last night?

I still didn't like him, he sounded boring and plain to me, at best. I am not sure about my bottom 3, but I know Phil and Haley are in it. I think Lakesha and Melinda are good singers, but I don't know why they have to choose mostly boring songs. I never get EXCITED to hear them, even though they are good. Blake is my favorite. He did pretty good last night. Probably the best out of the bunch. Not sure who else will be bottom 3, I wish Sanjaya, but I think I am wishful thinking..

I think I'd like to see him in the bottom three also. I agree with you on Melinda and Lakisha. I liked Melinda's song last night, but she just didn't put anything into it.

I'm going to agree with 4cuteboys. While this was one of his better performance, I still agree on the fact that he was pretty much boring. Even if last night's performance could of been the best of the best for him. With that, I still don't believe he's as good as a singer compared to the other contestants. But it is nice to know he has some talent, even if it's equal to one of a High School-based musical.

I think Sanjaya still deserves to go home, at the very least he should be in the bottom three. While I have to agree that he is a good singer, he just doesn't entertain me. The Spanish song that he sang last night sounded good, but it was BORING, BORING, BORING. Lucky for me that I had DVR'ed the show so that I could fast forward through his performance. Sanjaya is proof that just because you can sing, that doesn't make you an entertainer. He really needs to do something to spice up his performances.

What? The ponyhawk hair didn't do it for you? His growling rock and roll a couple weeks ago didn't spice it up? How do you know if he's doing okay if you fast forward through his songs? His bessame mucho wasn't boring, it was sexy. Well, for a seventeen year old who probably doesn't have much, um, experience anyway. :o)

I don't know if I would go as far to say he was sexy...that's a little disturbing.

For the first time I actually thought Sanjaya done fairly well.He was not my least favorite last night believe it or not.I think Haley will be gone tonight.Although since this competition began I thought Sanjaya needed to be gone.

OK so I didn't think he was Terrible-- But he is in my bottom 3-- I don't just go with 1 show of singing- I go from the beginning- He is the worst singer there- If he stays tonight which I'm pretty sure he will-- I won't change my mind until he has 2 or 3 good shows in a row. So I still hope that he is ousted tonight- My 2 favorites are still Blake and Chris Richardson.

I keep looking for that wow factor in all of them and I'm not seeing it, even in Melinda and Lakisha. I'm getting soooo tired of Melinda's meek little school girl act. What's it going to take to build her confidence? I don't know, maybe it's because I'm older, but I wasn't impressed with Chris and Blake this week. Chris's voice gets on my nerves and Blake seems uncomfortable with anything but beat box. I don't have a favorite anymore. But I think J-Lo did a great job of coaching. Props to her for that.
