What do you do to get in shape?

What is it that you do to help yourself get/stay in shape? I haven't been doing much lately, but I do enjoy running/walking on the treadmill and Tae Bo. I used to work out at least a few times a week and try to eat healthy, but then then winter came and I got lazy. I hope to start working out again soon! I know, I know.. I shouldn't talk about it, I should do it! Anyway, what kinds of things do you do to get into shape? Do you enjoy excercise?

HI wooitsmolly. I don't have a problem with my figure and I have always managed to maintain my weight. I have a fast metabolism and everything I eat just get burned right away. I love walking though. I do this to tone my muscles and it is good exercise for the heart too. :) Thanks and have a great day!

I often take a walk after dinner with my neightbours. Sometimes we often dance in public. Now I'm too fat, I have to lose weight in a month, so i have to do more and more exercise. I often get up at 6:00 o'clock and run a hour. Then I go to the club to dance. After dinner, I often have a walk over 2 hours. When I come back , i feel very tired and then I can have a sound sleep.

I wish I had time to work out, like in a gym. But I feel like I'm active because I've got 3 kids, I'm at home all day but I'm never really sitting down unless I'm here on mylot and it's only a couple of hours out of the day. I try to play with my kids alot so we're always walking running or doing something. I also have an exercise video and the kids just think it's so fun that mommy's jumping up and down in front of the t.v. with them so I'm actually getting my workout while having fun with them!

At the moment I'm on an exercise "break" but usually to keep in shape I do spin classes, boxing fitness classes and then just my own work outs on the treamdills and weights. I also try to walk alot but I am not a big fan of jogging.

I do nothing. I am completely ashamed of myself for this. I need to exercise. I have been out walking a little bit the past couple of weeks. I have even done a few exercises before I have gone to bed. I need to do it regular and I need to loose weight. I am sick and tired of being this way. Especially now that I am older it is harder to do all this!
