if you don't want to then you don't have to.you need a rest .try to stop everything and stop thinking of anything that would stress you out. even turning off your pc for a while. drink chamomile tea , it will relax you or even meke you sleep plus drink supplemental products with lots and lots of water.then get back to me after a week.

Well sometimes there isn't a way without it depends how strong you are and the Circumstances. I have never been on Medication for this until 3 years ago I had went through a bad Marriage for 21 years and coped, I got divorced and I coped it was a messy one, I then got diagnosed with my Illness 100% and I near enough coped but then I got bullied out of my Job that I had been with for 8 years and fighting the Company for 6 months made me bad, that was it my Body and mind had enough. I am now still on Medication, as I have to try and stay calm in Stressfultimes because it affects my breathing bad. I have dealt with a lot in my Life but being bullied out of my Job when they found out about Illness was the last straw for me. So really it depends on you

When people around are losing their head, which keeps calm? What are they doing differently? What is their attitude? What language do they use? Are they trained and experienced? Figure it out from afar or sit them down for a chat. Learn from the best stress managers and copy what they do.You can trick your body into relaxing by using heavy breathing. Breathe in slowly for a count of 7 then breathe out for a count of 11. Repeat the 7-11 breathing until your heart rate slows down, your sweaty palms dry off and things start to feel more normal. It is possible to tangle yourself up in a stress knot all by yourself. “If this happens, then that might happen and then we’re all up the creek!” Most of these things never happen, so why waste all that energy worrying needlessly?

Working out, and getting enough sleep. Working out is a great way to release stress, release endorphins, and get your mind onto something else. Sleeping, of course, is a good thing to do in order to have enough energy to continue working out. Also, make sure you are eating right. If you're eating poorly, you'll feel worse in general, and your overall health will suffer

Believe me, I understand what you're going through. And as hard as it is, you need to try to not worry about every little thing all the time. Life has a funny way of sorting itself out. It just takes time, patience, and faith, if you're a believer in a higher being. It's easier said than done, but if you keep your mind occupied with things that you enjoy, it'll become easier for you to do.
