Is it just me?! This is the second time this week I´ve shallow fried meat for my other half (I rarely eat meat) & he´s sitting in there asking me for a chainsaw! He said "when it´s brownish it´s done" (we´re talking about pork now, it was chicken before)... ok so it´s brown and he says it´s tough! I give up! When you cook do you time how long you´re cooking meat for or do you poke it with a knife or taste some. HOW DO YOU KNOW when it´s done?! Any help would be enormously appreciated I assure you!
