can the community blame your parents for your incorrect behaviour

my son is 6 years old and yesterday he kissed a girl who resides near my house.
the community around me blames that we did not give him the right education.
is it really a big thing to tlk about ? can parents be blamed about incorrect behaviour of their children.
is kissing a girl incorrect behaviour.
