There's someone in my life who's really difficult to deal with, and I need help!

Okay, so here's how it goes down: So, I used to be in this youth group at a church, right? There was this kid I simply did not like- he belches, he farts, he lives with his insane relatives, he will eat everything in sight. He has no qualms about walking up and belching in your face. The kid is disgusting, and I did not like him. So, some time later, we moved churches. Not because of him, but by extension, I didn't see him for some months. A few days ago, I got a phone call. It was from this person! He's trying to arrange some time when we could get together. He thinks I'm his friend! Now, I am trying all I can to avoid this person, but I don't know what to do! I can't possibly tell him, "sorry if you didn't get the hint, but guess what? I think you're disgusting and I would genuinely prefer it if you stopped calling me!" I don't even know how he got my phone number. I certainly didn't give it to him. I'd rather give it to the Unabomber. How can I get this person to leave me alone? Help!
