No I am not going to give you a Receipts here unless you would like to try what I did
Ok who likes Pancakes
I love Pancakes and I like them with Lemon and Sugar. Well about half an hour ago I made my Pancakes, I poured the Lemon over and then got the Sugar
I start pouring and argghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, it is NOT sugar I picked up the Jar with Coffee and that is what is on my Pancakes. I am not Happy as I was looking forward to them
I have thrown them in the Bin and not made anymore as I am sulking now. So far my Day has not started good I have this Horrible Feeling that I am going to have a Blond Day all Day so beware
Yes I am still sulking, I wanted my Pancakes but in my Haste I forgot that I had swapped the Jars round last night when cleaning the Top. Stupid Jars

lol you are a funny girl. why didn't you add a bit cream and try to mix it, so you could have mocca-cream on them? i like that lots too. so you didnt have to sulk now. i pray for you and try to take away your weird feelings and here is hope this day turns to a happy one for you ;-)

Oh - I know someone who had put salt into her coffee instead of sugar. By the time she realized what she did, she already drank down the entire cup.
I've also had the pleasure of accidentally making garlic fried rice. While mixing the stuff into the rice while it was cooking, I went to sprinkle garlic powder into the pot. The screen fell off the almost-full bottle of garlic powder, & all of the garlic ended up in the pot. While this was somewhat enjoyable, it probably would not have been a good idea to breathe on anyone.

I heard about your pancake incident through your other discussion about your day. So, I just had to find out the whole story. I've never heard of Lemon and Sugar pancakes. I'll have to try them out. Too bad you ruined your pancakes with coffee grounds. Yuck. I hope you have a much better day tommorow. Sounds like you did have a blond day all day after all. Those jars sure messed your day up completely.

I have never heard of lemon and sugar pancakes. Do you put lemon juice and sugar in the mix before you cook them or on top after you cook them. I was just wondering, I might try them like that someday. Sorry you had such a bad day. Usuallly when I start out my day doing something wrong, the whole day seems to be that way. Maybe pancakes tomorrow?

That is pretty funny.... I hate coffee but I love pancakes so that would have totally made me mad. I am going to habe to try the lemon and sugar thing and see. I made these really yummy pancakes with M&Ms for my son this past weekend. He loves M&Ms so I thought it would be cool. We he loved them and so did I! That's probably the only way I am going to make pancakes now.

My dear friend,Hugs. How are you? Are you thinking a lot that you became ' accident-prone' again? I am like this, too. No, it is not funny when little things go wrong. I like pancakes and wish I could eat them with no health problems. Lots of comforting hugs to you.

I think I might have poured the sugar over just the same, and tried a small piece, Gabs, to save the waste. You never know, coffee and lemon might go quite well together! After all, people drink lemon tea, so it would have been worth at least a try. :-)
I love pancakes, especially with lemon and sugar but I also like them with Maple Syrup in which I sometimes sprinkle nuts; and with Strawberries, over which I pour strawberry syrup and then add a dollop of cream. Pancakes are so versatile.
Tut tut... sulking won't help... you should have given them a try with some sugar added. I think your eyes must have still been half-closed, my friend. he he he

Lemon and sugar is the ONLY way to enjoy pancakes. I have them that way at camps, but I'm greeted with frowns and "you're mad" looks.
Now, Gabs, about this garden party. You are NOT in charge of the pancakes. OK? I am not coming all that way to try out a new style of pancake. We'll let Darkwing take care of the pancakes.
I must agree with you, though, Gabs. It wasn't your fault. The jars did it! All by themselves! (Can't even blame Gissi this time)

Oh why Cloud I will make sure I use a Brand Coffee not a Supermarked Brand
And yes it was the Jars if they would have been in the right Place it would not have happend
As for Gissi he is lucky he is to small to reach or I would have blamed him lol

Oh my! I shouldn't have laughed, but I did! That must have been horrible! I adore pancakes - especially the lemon and sugar ones - but I loathe coffee, and the very thought of that makes me feel very sick! Seems likt you must take it very easy today to avoid any more bad things happening - and it's not even Friday 13th til tomorrow! Take care!

Oh you poor dear. I. too, love my pancakes. I love mine with maple syrup, walnuts and butter. As I cook them I put a dab of butter, a sprinkle of walnuts and a splash of syrup...with each new pancake on the stack. I usually have about six. Guess what I'm craving now??? LOL
Hope your day got better. Remember..tomorrow is a brand new day.

What were you dreaming of Gabs? Coffee flavoured pancakes would have been a novelty, lol. You should have tried them before you threw them away.
Don't sulk too long. There's always tomorrow for making more pancakes.

Oh no that must have been so frustrating.Why not have breakfast for dinner tonight.Then you'll be over the sulking faze and can enjoy your pancakes.Maybe make a few extra for in the morning.I love pancakes but my husband hates them.I sometimes get them if we go out to breakfast i love the cinnamon ones at Bob Evans.

Oh yes i would have been heated.I am sorry because I know the feeling to want something real bad and then can't have it.I've never had lemon on my pancakes before sounds interesting,but anyways i hope your day gets better.

Lemon and sugar is my fave pancake topping. I like it best on thin pancakes (crepes)...then you can roll them up and eat them with your fingers MMMMM YUM!
I would of been so mad with myself if I was in your position you poor thing!
Have you tried lemon juice as a topping for vanilla icecream? That tastes great too...a bit like sherbet.

I love pancakes and like to add different things to them and put different toppings on them. I read your title and thought I was going to get a recipe for some neat pancakes. I hope your day got better because when your mouth is all set for something and then something happens to not get what you were wanting and the fact that it is for breakfast just makes it worse. That would put a damper on even making anymore.

Everyone makes mistakes and as mistakes go, this was nothing compared to what you could have done. So, don't be so hard on yourself. When you think about it, it's a funny situation and you could have had a good laugh and made some more pancakes and had a great day. If you ever do post a recipe though, I would love to know this one for lemon and sugar because that's a new one to me and it sounds yummy.
