when is the best time to study ?

Im going to take amajor examination for licensure , and i'm having troubles on when and where to study ? Way back in college i didn't form a good study habit, that's way im having difficulties when to start my study , though many say i should study early in the morning and some says before i head for bed , and another tip is that i should study while eating sweets... can you help me with this one.

Hi there. I actually read an article about the best time to study. It says there that our long-term memory will be activated at 12 noon until 3 in the afternoon. And our short-term memory will take place at 12 midnight until 3 in the morning already. Of course, the former is better than the latter ones. But, during noontime, I tend to become very sleepy. And I just left books and notes anywhere. I study mostly at night. I do that after eating my dinner.
