if you wan to lose it fast , you have to exercise
at least start walking 10 min. in your home
dont eat carbs (bread, pasta, rice) drink only water (not juices, milk etc.) nothing sweet, only lean meats, grill or steam...keep record of your instakes

If you're only looking to lose the weight temporarily, then starve yourself.
However, if you want to lose it and keep it off, exercise is the best way.

Drink a lot of water and only eat one really small very healthy meal a day. Of oucrse this is very unhealthy to do and you will probably gain the weight back once you start eating again.
