Who is good teacher?

We have seen many teachers with very good academic record and some with normal academic rocord.But sometimes highly qualified and talented teacher can't satisfy his students or can't teach properly but the teacher with low academic record do better and satisfied his students.Then i think that it is not necessary that highly qualified teacher can be a good teacher.A teacher must has a flavour for teaching.A teacher who thinks that i know everything can never be a good teacher.What are your ideas?
