I went to an Ayurvedic Healer the other day and he told me that I was improperly absorbing mineral and vitamins. I am pregnant and I am sure this is contributing to my fatigue, pallor, and shortness of breath. Any suggestion?

Go to a real doctor. Pregnancy contributes to shortness of breath and fatigue. There is no such thing as improper absorbtion- you either absorb or you don't.

Ayurvedic Medicine is a highly regarded and scietific medicinal science. It is the root of all medicine. So in response to your abrupt comment, I value all Eastern sciences and beliefs over western ones. Also I do realize that my symptoms are also pregnancy related, however they are more pronounced then they should be. Your comment is not useful to me. I do see a midwife for my prenatal care, I was looking for some advice in between appointments. I eat very healthy, I have to as a vegan, and I take the appropriate suppliments for the vitamins that may be lacking in my diet. I know that there are things that aid in the absorption and viabilty of certain minerals and vitamins and I was wondering if any one knew of any specifics.
