Before I had my second child, I was volunteering for a suicide help line and really enjoyed helping other people. Now I volunteer at my daughters pre-school, with bus aide, activities, and feild trips. I think it's good for your spirit. Do or did you volunteer anywhere? Where? and if you don't have the time , if you did Would you?
