What do you do when you have a cold?

I usually just let it run it's cycle. I don't rush to the doctor as soon as i start sniffling. However I have heard of people with very bad colds that develop into sinusitis so if i have a really bad one i would probably visit the doctor

I rarely go to the doctor and if the cold is not too bad, then I will just take some hot drinks and carry on as usual. If I feel it is getting worse I will call to the pharmacy and ask them to recommend something and I might stay in bed for a day or two.
