How many meals do you eat in a day?

I eat my usual three meals, breakfast,lunch and dinner. Apart from that i have a snack in the evening which is usually chocolate chip cookies and milk and then another snack late in the night which seems to help me to fall asleep!

I usually have a good breakfast and then I have a couple of sandwiches at lunch time. I eat a big dinner when I get home in the evenings and the I will probably have a light snack before I go to bed at night. If I stay up late and I am feeling really hungry, I will go out and buy some fish and chips.
