How often do you change your mobile phone?

I bought mine two years back and so far haven't got myself another one. Within two years mine already seems like something from the stone age so i'll be buying a new one soon.

My mobile phone is provided by my employer. I can have a new upgrade any time I want one, but as long as my old one is working alright then I don't usually ask for a new one. The one I have is now getting a bit tatty looking from so much use, so I suppose I will have to get a new one very soon.

It depends, I have my Treo 650 for almost 2.5 years now, but I haven't heard anything better out there to replace it. I invest a lot in the softwares in my PDA + phone, so I'm waiting for a replacement from the same brand.
