What are your opinions of them? I personally think they are a huge waste of money. Most of them claim you can lose up to 2lbs a week accompanied with diet and excersize. Well DUH you can lose 2lbs a week with just diet and excersize alone. Eat better, not necesarrily LESS, palm and fist your portion sizes of good non processed foods, drink water, lift weights, get some high intensity cardio in and you will lose fat and gain muscle. You don't need false claim pills. Anyway that is my opinion. I am interested in everyone elses. I have had weight issues all my life and I have found that there are no quick fixes, just hard work and learning to enjoy eating healthy with the occasional treat as well as moving around alot more.
