When was the last time you say or express these three words (I LOVE YOU) to your loved ones? In what ways you say I LOVE YOU to them? * actions * gifts * poems or songs that you composed * cooking delicious foods for them, etc. How often? How did they react?

Love is best expressed in action. A simple kiss on her chick when she sleep lying in my arm. Or a white rose clipped in her favorite book is more sweet than a box of chocolate. In my life I've learned that love expressed unexpectedly is a joy to behold.

I said I love you yesterday. I say it everyday in some way. Sometimes in words, sometimes in actions, sometimes with smileys, the list goes on and on and on.

Last night to my husband. I hug him very tight and he kiss me back. Everyday, it's already our ways of showing our love and affection to one another. We even kiss each other before we leave for work, whispering each ear a word of love and care.
