like when youre reating a whole fried fish during dinnertime..after your done eating the other side, you flip it over to eat the other side or you take the bones out and continue eating... i did it one time flipping it over, my brother told me its bad luck, is it true? how can it be bad luck?

They said that in Chinese cultures, when they eat fish, they are not suppose to flip it on the other side, instead, they should remove the bones... I really don't know the significance of it though...

I don't usually have a whole fish for a meal .. Either have then cut or slice it in halves and have the bones remove. I was just wondering if you won't flip it over how can you eat the other side? Haven't heard of that as a badluck.

what they do actually is instead of flipping the fish over, they remove the bones from the top. i dont practice it either..but some of my freinds does that...as a belief or something..

If you don't flip the fish over how can you get the fish from the bones, hmmm I don't know how else you would get to it, I don't normally eat whole fish, I like fillets and always buy fillets without bones, I have a fear of choking on the bones...

choking is another thing, i have that experience before and it took me days to get rid of the bones that got stuck in my throat, somewhere near the tonsils..i was asked to eat more bananas..it helped though.
