Is your current job relevant to your educational background?

education - Good books brings good education and knowledge. I'm reading 1 chapter at minimum each day. I love reading.

My job now is different from my education, but I'm so grateful that God gives me a job more than I expected though it was different from what I learnt from university. How about you, are you disappointed when your job is not as what you expected/ learn from school?

My earlier job was not at all related to the kind of education I had. But I had shifted to my present job, which is exactly in line with my educational background and what I had always wanted to do.

Sometimes we put aside this arrogance of getting emloyment around what we studied in school and get along with anything that brings food on the table-Will you be so naive as to reject a job at hand because it is not along the line of your study, yet you are unemployed? No reasonble person would do that. I studied Administration at the University, I Handle student welfare at a University, sometimes i teach, all I want is what i can do to earn some money to live on with my family, period!

Yes, i am disapointed. I have prestige education, but because of some discriminating factors i cant practice it. And i am trying to find a compromising solvation and work at home.

My job is definately not connected to my educational background. I work mainly with computers and do alot of secretarial and graphic designing, things that I couldn't really do at school as computers weren't really around that much (how old do I sound?) When I first left school I trained to be a hairdresser but that only lasted a few years. I'm more than happy with what I do now!

working - business man
All jobs I had has nothing to do with my educational background. I'm not dissapointed though, it gives me even more chance to be flexible with jobs that availabe on the job market. So far I'm pretty fortunate with all different job experienced...
