A remedy for Stress.

Most of the people today are pleasure-seekers. They seek for pleasure because there is a growing misery, failures and tribulations in their life. Apparently, entertainment houses are not the remedy to man's sadness. Can crying be a good medicine for stress? For me, ones I cried, I have that feeling of lightness afterward. How about you? Do you cry?

Occasional crying, whether griefing or joyous, is good for stress. I do both types as appropriate. When I wake up at night and consider certain aspects of my life, past, present and future, I shed some tears, both of joy and of regrets. When I watch/read some emotion-laden movies/books, I shed some tears of joy or anguish, as appropriate. I always feel refreshed and lighter thereafter. It is always better to give free reins to some emotions that do not translate into harming another person. Tears are truly good for relieving tension.
