You bounce a check, I pay a fee.

Now, this is my pet peeve about bank fees. I have never understood why if someone writes ME a bad check, then I should be charged a bounced check fee. So, I am a loser on all fronts. I don't have the money, I don't have whatever it is that I sold, and now I have to pay a fee. And the only way to get around it is to go to the bank that the account was written on. But what if there is no local bank! This fee has got to go!!
