anyone heard of kelly camera repair in az? i worked for them for two years as a store manager, they told me i could come back to work after my maternity leave, but when i did they said there wasn't emough work. i thought you were guranteed a job at maternity. is this illegal????? anyone have suggestions on how to handle this matter?

I know it is definitely worth making a few phone calls. I believe the law is that they have the right to have not held your management position for you but I believe they are required to have something else for you.
Look into it for sure. I would start at the State Employment agency level and try to get a phone number for where to go from there.

u can probably call fair job oppertunity... it might work 4 u. call the police station (tell them nonemegency) and tell them ur situation & they'll give u the info. thats what i did wath the situation with me. try it
