How To Change My Avatar?

Hi. I'm brand new too and I cannot seem to change my avatar. Even with I upload a new one, it doesn't show up. Any suggestions? Is it just not working right now or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Maybe it's just not working right now or you have to delete your current avatar. :) I'm not sure though since I'm new here also.
