Is Monty Python the greatest comedy group of all time?

Sitting here thinking about one of my favorite things in life...comedy. There are many groups that performed comedy over the years and trying to put them in some kind of order. The one thing that seemed clear is the international and enduring popularity of Monty Python. Their movies and TV shows still show strong sales, many of their classic skits have been copied by others. Some of the other groups that came to mind... The Marx Brothers The Three Stooges The Goons Kids in the Hall The various Saturday Night Live casts Second City I'm sure there are many I have missed, anyone care to add a few?
