I was changing my nail polish every week and then I found that due to excess use of nail remover my nails become bad. Layers start coming out from my nails. So I stopped using it and then they were improved. Do you have such experience.

If you are constantly using nail polish on your finger nails especially, and using nail polish remover to remove it, you are likely to damage the nails. You need to have periods of time where you don't put anything on your nails so they can breath a bit. Also, if you are using a harsh nail polish remover frequently that won't do them any good. switch to a non-acetone one. If you use a base coat this can help protect your nails from the nail poish and thus keep them nicer. Also, make sure you use nail creams on them regularly too.
