ME! When I saw this post I had to reply. A long time ago one guy saw a picture of me on the internet, thought I was pretty and went after me. We talked through IRC (Internet relay chat) for a long time... then we met in real life. It was cute. We fell deeply in love, and guess what? Now we got married and have one kid. :)

actually me myself had this experience. I "dated" a girl that I met on the internet, she was from SP, I actually didn't date her, I always met her through MSN Messenger, we used to talk a lot and share our interests, we've even sent letters to each other to have the most phisical contact possible, and the day I had the chance to meet her personally it didn't work OK aso we never met.
