Trading between Pokemon ROMs?

I'm currently playing my Saphire on my PC. Problem is, I can't complete my pokedex without the pokemons from Ruby. Question: Is there a way to trade between ROMs on the same computer? Many thanks...

A new version of Visual Boy Advance has come out which allows you to open multiple instances which can link to each other. You need to set up different preferences for each open window, however, and each window uses different save settings, although you can import saves within the program. I'd suggest making a new folder and copying and backing up your old files so that you can get to know how to work it without losing anything vital.

Yes, there's a way. In Visual Boy Advance version 1.8 have a Game Link Cable. You open the emulator, go to Options Link and choose your kind of connection to link it (if wireless, to the host computer or on network.
