I want to visit it but I'm kind of scared I'd be arrested for something inane that I didn't understand. All those laws...

dun worry, the police in Singapore wun arrest anyone anyhow, especially if u are tourist. just come to Singapore and see yourself the things from what u'd heard of.

yes it is not that bad actually. just dont come with the intention to create trouble thats all. singapore is a FINE city! heh
