I have been out of the work force for a long time. I am not swift with computers. It seems that every office job requires experience in some sort of program. Is there any online free coarses that you know of, or any suggestions? Thanks my friends.

Hi my friend. I hope that you had a wonderful day today. Microsoft has some free online training that you can use to learn a little about the Microsoft Office software, which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook. I am not sure if that is what you were looking for but I think it could come in handy for you. Here is the website for the free training. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/default.aspx

There used to be dozens and dozens of them .. now as with many other web sites they have got greedy and are charging for even simple courses ... The free ones are still out there but you'll have to look a lot harder to find them .. Here in the UK we have a lot of free offline tutorial classes .. libraries and schools are giving free lessons to all age groups .. perhaps you might find it easier to go along to a class somewhere close to you ..
