6 Months old and NOT rolling over yet

My lo is 6 months old and he's not rolling over yet. He's done it a few times, but hasn't done it enough to say 'he's rolling over'. Has anyones lo not roll over at 6 months? Should I be worried?
p.s.
He HATES tummy time with a passion! Any advice?
