Choose an American president, just not a politician

Someone recently posted a desire for Oprah to run for president (horrid thought to me) and I started contemplating what other non politicians I would like to see run.
The first choice that leaped into my mind was Jon Stewart. He obviously has the intellect and the knowledge of politics for the job. He has the sense of humour you would need and that is usually so lacking in American presidents.
I visualize a dream team of Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert on the ticket for 08, it would appeal to all spectrum of voters.
Who would you put in the Oval Office?

Bill gate...why not.
If he can be the richest American why not the president of the us and make Us more richer than ever. This is just my view as not living there and doesn't know a lot about the guy a part from what I've learned from medias.

OMG they would make the presidency a circus lol. They are great as comedic talk show hosts but not for president. If i could choose anyone to be president it would be My son. he has leadership ability and he can be funny too. he would make great president and he has experience. He was president of his senior class. lol he would make Jon Stewart as his vice president.
