Which is effective Virgin Coconut Oil Capsule? or Liquid?

Virgin coconut oil, i think it is really effective when it is liquid, because it really straight from your body cells throughtout the organs. It is really effective, although other people said that virgin coconut oil isn't true to cure sickness or disease. I can see the effects of it, because i really a hard time on sleeping, but when i drink virgin coconut oil with two tablespoon, it really gave me a power to sleep well.
