How easily can you say the word "sorry"?

Let's admit it, some of us have a hard time saying sorry. For instance, myself, I don't know why but it's not easy for me to say sorry. Especially when I know I'm the one who have done wrong. When we hurt somebody emotionally, we never immediately say sorry to that somebody. Sometimes we need to find courage and the right time. I believe that it is because of our high pride that we find the word sorry hard to say. Maybe we need to lower our pride so we can easily say sorry. How about you? What can you say about this?
