With summer slowly approaching, many people are turning to personal trainers to help them lose unwanted weight, develop muscle or just to feel good in their clothes. When searching for personal trainers, what do you look for? Some just go by personal reference from friends, others do some extreme research into the people they want to hire....

Since I am recovering from a severe back sprain, and just got discharged from physical therapy due to Medicare issues but still have 6 more months of therapy remaining, I am looking for one with an extensive background in post-rehab work. Apparently there are only two such personal trainers in my entire city. I just spoke with one in person yesterday, and now I am waiting for an email from the other one. I would say that when looking for a personal trainer, you really need to find one that will work with your fitness level and other needs, and to a tee. A good fit can really make or break it when it comes to success in this area.
