its a great art man this is the only art that made me brave enough to face all the punches,kicks and knees because the only way for a grappler to takedown a striker is to shoot.this art defies the idea of the farther you are from the enemy the safer but rather the closer you are the less effective are the striking.it is really great and all you have to do is submit your opponent nothing more nothing less in less than a minute the fight is done and you win..watch this... http://youtube.com/watch?v=8wVsjlPoDfI
