i heard from a friend that using blush-on and then exposing your face to sunlight can eventually lead to premature aging and dark spots on the cheeks. thats why im scared to use blush on ever since i heard that. is it really true? please share your insights on this matter.

that's not true! as long as you are using sunblock cream before exposing to sunlight, whether you used blush on or not, your face will be protected all day long. so, when going out, use sunblock cream under your make-up to prevent premature aging and discoloring of skin.
