do you have a daily exercise routine?

Although im still within my ideal body weight, im begining to have serious love handles. So im been nudged or encouraged to start a fitness routine. im the lazy type when it comes to exercise, so you can imagine how hard this is/is going to be for me. Anyway, i started doing elliptical for 10mins...and thats my cardio for the day. then i do Jonathan urla's yogilates..begginer level. and this takes me around 40 mins to complete the routine. by the time im done, im sweating like a pig already. Ive been doing this for about a week now. so far ive not noticed any difference but i love that i really get to stretch out my muscles with the yogilates routine.
