Can you tell me how to verify PayPal account, and how to request for money

To get a verified account with paypal, you need to register your credit card with paypal.
To request money, you need to register you bank details and money can then be transferred into your bank account.

If i will give them my bank account details will they transfer amount to my account even if papal account is unverified

As far as i know they should do. Having an unverified account only lets you transfer and accept a certain amount of money. Once you have used up this, you will have to verify your paypal account with acredit card to continue using the same account.

you can send around $500 without verifying your account but it'll cost you some...
its better to verify with a supported debit card if you dont have your credit card..

Visit paypal.com and there are detailed instructions on how to get verified, if you are not a US citizen you can only get verified by providing them your bank account information.
I have been using paypal for years, but I am still unverified because I am in canada and I don't feel safe giving up any of my bank account information.
