What if Windows was never invented, what are we doing now?  |

 Because of Windows many PC applications was created. Imagine until now we are still using DOS. What kind of computer applications are created and for what? Is it for games, work, etc? Do you think we will have access to many information like Internet? What do you think you are doing right now in front of your PC if you are still using DOS?:)

1.  bluewings (2397) | 2 years ago |  If windows wasn't invented then probably I'd have been sleeping much longer,lol.Or perhaps I would have had a stronger reason to buy a mac which I don't want to use having got so used to pc.Well, yes,many products wouldn't have been as attractive and addictive if windows wasn't invented,but if the internet wasn't invented then the would have missed a bigger revolution,lol.

3.  desertdarlene (5744) | 2 years ago |  I actually grew up on DOS because I'm old enough to remember when nobody had a computer in their home. But, honestly, when DOS was still being used, I began using a MAC. The only bad thing about a MAC was that it wasn't that fast. But, it was great before Windows 95 came out. It had superior graphics programs and was simple to use. After Windows 95 came out, and with faster PCs, the MAC started to lose ground. But, now I hear people are going back to MAC because of all the virus problems on Windows.
I probably wouldn't be able to access this site if I was using DOS.
