MALMO, Sweden (UPI) -- Preschoolers in Malmo, Sweden, have begun a neighborhood protest against dog poop. The young protesters made a batch of very small signs, and then took to the streets and planted one in each pile of dog poop they encountered, The Local reported. The signs say things such as "Pick up after yourself" and "An old woman could slip on a piece of dog poo and break her leg," the newspaper reported. The students were inspired by one of their teachers, Ann-Sofie Johnsson, who said she nearly fell after stepping in a pile of poop recently.

That was definitely funny to hear that students were putting up signs in poop that was left behind. I am not sure how much good that will do but I do see their concern. Here you can get fined for not picking up after your dog. We have signs up at our parks with a bag dispenser for people to use the bags to clean up the mess. I think it is digusting to clean up a dogs mess. That is one reason why I am not getting a dog.
