Being the son of two devout Christians, through sheer faith in GOD an Humanity. Nick overcame all the obstacles. He became a torch bearer to all those like him and also unlike him.

Even more incredible is the mans positive outlook upon life, he is a man of such courage its beyond my understanding. I could not live without arms and legs but this man who you talk of is the prime example of having a positive example on life.

I'm sure that he's struggled to find acceptance and be treated like a normal person and I think seeing their child struggle through life has been a challenge in coping and support for his family, esp his parents. I don't think he's a challege to God. Just a testamoony of His goodness.
