I have a mylot Friend visiting me and she is staying for a few Days. Today I decided to take her to my lovely Friend (you know the one with the mishaps last week hehehe) who is also a mylot Member. Well when we arrived, my lovely Friend said to me "Just a prewarning we have let the Birds loose in the Bathroom as I know you do not like flying Birds" this was so sweet of her and I said ok. Well my 2 Friends where sitting chatting (yep I actually kept my mouth shut for once, phew that was hard for me you know) and I decided I needed to go to the Toilet. I opened the Door well I nearly died, these 2 Birds came flying towards me and I ducked and screamed, Sheelagh77 and Darkwing just went quiet what was going on, yes I forgot the warning.
Sheelagh77 Partners tried to shut the Front door and Gissi was barking and jumping for joy. They where trying to put the Birds in the Cage I am cowering in the Hallway, Gissi was still barking. The Birds got a bit annoyed so I told them to leave them as long as they do not fly I will be ok. I very carefully go in the Livingroom to sit down and behold me the 2 Vultures come flying towards me. I go down to the ground and them 2 fly back into the Bathroom. Of course all I got was "Did I warn you or did I not?" Yes she did and of course Blondie here forgot, but come on all you my dear and lovely Friends out there know me,also know my Brain. Of course everyone thought it was funny including Gissi. I sulked. Yep me, gabs8513 was sulking
All I can say is it was a good job that I was not to desperate for the Toilet or there would have been a Puddle to.

Well of course Gissi was enjoying it, with five birds! We all know about Gissi and his pleasures!
Gabs, do you think the "vultures" was just a teensy, weensy bit of an exaggeration? I'm sure Sheelagh doesn't keep vultures! Just how big (small) are they? Well, at least you weren't hurt and all your friends had a laugh with you.
Gabs it is BLUE! At long last you've got the colour right! - but if my guess is correct, it won't stay for long.

Well to me they where Vultures I mean come on Cloud they where flying towards me
I guess they weren't Vultures but I say they where
They where a bit bigger then a Cockatil

Thanks for the link. I've been away for a few days and I'm off again soon. Just checking to make sure you're still OK! I can't afford to turn my back on you for too long: never know WHAT you'll get up to next! (maybe it'll be a dinosaur?)

Lol gabs I am sorry but I can't write this for laughing , If it had been me there would have been more than a puddle , they would have needed air freshener ( get the drift lol ) when I get a fright I run to the loo, You just cant help it can you lol , if there is something going to happen it will happen to our gabs , Take care my friend ,, hope you got to the loo in the end lol xxxxxx

Yes Weemam I know and yes I did get to the loo in the End to
But after that I did not go till the Birds where back in the Cages as I knew then they will not be locked in the Bathroom for me to open the Door and them having a good time flying at me lol xxxxxxxx

Oh I can just see it now . gabs on the floor holding head so birds dont get your hair an dgissi jumping up and down and poor Ant trying his best to ge them back in there . I bet you got a ribbing for that . I f Ihad to go I would have left a puddle for I wouldnt be able to hold it for laughing so hard!

Well today Darkwing and me had a lazy Day as we didn't go to bed till 3am lol
Tomorrow we will be going into Town and she will be going back on Saturday which is unfortunate as I loved having her but I am sure there will be more Visits

That is so Gabs. What would a visit be without a mishap from gabs? I am laughing so hard! You know Gissi is probably laughing quite a bit too. You must take a small video camera with you at all times so we can actually view these mishaps. Sorry to be so entertained by your antics. I am glad no one was hurt.

Oh that is wonderful Gaby, that your friend is staying with you for a few days and is also a member here. Oh yes I know who you are talking about here lol!! I bet Gissi was happy when he saw these birds flying around. Oh boy I can just see you now Gaby with these two birds flying at you I would of hated being there as I would be a coward as well. Oh I think that it would not only be you feeling like this as I am sure I would of been feeling the same.

Oh the visual you have provided for me! I am still giggling. And the birds probably flew toward you in the living room on purpose, just to see you go down one more time. The little buggers! Well, at least you are not injured and there was no mess to clean up. LOLOL

Hahaha, I sooo cannot get the mental image of you hitting the floor out of my mind gabs. Thanks for providing me with my first laugh of the day today.
I like birds, but I hate when they come flying directly at you like that. There's nothing worse than having tiny wings beating around your head lol.

I though you would have learned by now that those birdies are mischievous little monkeys, lol.
I can just imagine gizzi rolling around laughing like muttley with his paws in the air.
Shelagh77 really must remember to get an industrial sized roll of cotton wool ready for when you visit- if she rollls you up in it at the door you may just get through a visit without a happening, bless you both, lol

Ohh dear .. beware of the birds ... !!
I think it's quite nice that your friends let the birds out of their cages to give the a bit more space .. but why do folks have caged birds .. I've never understood the urge to have something so lovely and free shut into a small space ..
I bet there was a right kerfuffle when the birds came streaming out of the bathroom .. like a scene from Hitchcocks "The Birds" ...

Lol yes there was but normally the Birds are out all the time she only put them in because of me
She loves those Birds very much and they get treated like Kids honest
They are spoilt lol but she knows I am scared of Birds, but normally they have the run of the House and they have a big Cage to
But I am just so scared of flying Birds
