i recently read in a newspaper that red and processed meats boosts your chances of having breast cancer. and having no trans fats in foods doesn't mean it doesn't have fats in it. it is replaced by an equally hazardous saturated fat. does this mean we have to stay away from fastfood chains

cancer is a multifactorial disease that means you can get it from many sources and you might have it even if you tried your best to get away from it and prevent it ...
any diet would be good if we used it in a medium way , not to eat alot of burgers and not to prevent ourselves from it ..
recently i have read a scintific article about preventing any cancer
i will post in my profile so you can read it ..
it talks about preventing the formation of cancerous cells
