Anybody: HOW TO START A SMALL TIME BUSINESS? Any suggestion please?

That want i'm doing first time, and now i've got my own store, just a little store but my own store.
I sell a bags, handbags, cosmetics, shoes etc.
You sell a food or make a cake or chocolate.

well depending on what you like...you can start selling on auctions sites like ebay or you can work as a freelancer.

I can think of two. and they work for me and the wife.
#1 AVON, You can start your own buisness for $10.00 and my wife would be more than happy to show you how to make an extra 15k a year or more part time.

the second way is affiliate marketing, I make a little extra income for working a few hours a night on the computer. And I would be happy to show you the DON"TS and the does. I've tried alot of them and 99% don't work. I have one I do make money with with little promotion.

Maybe you can look into drop-shipping if you haven't already (google for it, I won't give you a referral link:) ). I haven't gone into it yet but read a lot of positive things about it.

I am sorry I didn't see that you could not respond. I'll give you one detailed suggestion. Buy a carwash, or lundry mat that is in a very good area. or put the money down on multple unit income property. Thes are very good but you need to invest wisely on income property, to see if it is a good deal, figure the gross of the income you will receive for rents, subtrat 15% - 20% for maint and repairs. now could you pay the property off in five years? No you don't have to but thats the way to tell if its a good buy or a bad one. also look, is it already rented? is it fully rented? Also check with local housing athority and get a check lest from them, You will want this becouse the best rent you could ever receive is from section 6 housing. this is where the goverment pays or subsidizes rent for low income persons or families. Why is this good? becouse you never have to worry about no payment or late payment and they usely rent for five or more years. When you Start collecting the rent, have a seperate account for your rental business. From this pay your note, and pay yourself a salery, and every month make sure you leave 15% aside for any repairs. Open a seperate account for depossits as this is very important, make sure it is intrest bareing, and make sure you have clear rules on how they would get their deposit back. Another twist on this is search local mobile home parks for mobile homes for sale. Check with management that if you buy the house you will be able to rent it out. Find a house under 10K five to six thousand would be better find out what two and three bedroom homes rent for in your area if they rent for 650 monthly charge 525.00 a month. these figures are low.you will keep adding houses as you can but again, kepp about 1500.00 or so per house for repairs, do as many repairs yourself as you can. People say mobile homes are bad investments becouse the depreciate, Nonsense, how cares if your makeing five thousand dollars a year on each one for the next ten to fifteen years? Hope this helps.

well i knwo lots of people on net that they are using internet to operat there small business, there is woman i know she use to get webstie porject and bringit to people like me and when develope them and she take her comission on it liek if her client is pay her 1000$ per site or 500$ per site then she gvie us 200$ and keep 300$ to her self and she is earning lots of money u can image if she is geting 10 project big ones and small one then she is earing more thns a 5000$ per month jsut doing nothing she do all that work from here house;)

I think you need to think about what really interests you and what you can do.
Then see if what you like to do and can do can be turned into a business of some kind.
And having the kind of start up money you mentioned I would think that you would have a lot more choices available to you than I do currently. And I am actively trying to have my own business or businesses, I am trying to write for pay on Associate Content, and I make crochet items that I sell when I can find a customer, I plan to add more things as I can.
I am also a fulltime student, and I try to teach my kids, (we do homeschool, some days are better than others) plus I am trying to get a business of some kind going that will be profitable to our family, because I would like to be debt free, so I am doing all I can to that end,
