Flight delay

On Sunday BA flight from New Delhi bound for London delayed for 13 long hours when the Sleepy Pilot refused to take flight,and angry passengers offloaded and stuffed into several rooms.The hotel where the crew were staying, was noisy thru the night and the crew could not sleep. Have caught up like this due to delayed flights.

What kind of flight is that?
I will never fly with them again.
