How would you feel if you get a "Best Response"....

... even if you know that others' responses are way much much better than yours? Would you feel guilty for snatching the glory away from the others who deserve the "award: better? Or you will just shrug and say "Oh well, all's fair in love, war and mylot" Hehehe! Do share your thoughts, I'll appreciate them greatly...

I usually post a little thank you note to the person who gave me best response. Everyone has different ideas on what makes a good response hun

oh yes of course, that reminds me, I was being rude to those who gave me the "Best Response". I remembered thanking the others, but I forgot the others I guess... uh uh, trouble....

There is an old saying that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The person making the decision regarding a best response, is the one who perceives that response to be the best for their own needs. I would hope that anyone whose answer I chose for a best response would know that I took all of that into consideration. Something struck a chord with me with their answer so that's the one I chose.

I don't feel guilty because I have nothing to do with why the best response is given to me. Each person has their own criteria on what is a best response to them. To me others responses may be better but if the person marks mine as best I just send them a I appreciate it.

When i see that i got a best response, i feel wonderful, and i usually thank the person because i appreciate he or she read my response and liked it. Before i did not pay much attention to best responses. Only lately i started to discover this, and it is very important very me also to rate a person and give best response to the person that i most enjoyed his response. It is like one of my friends said lately on one of his posts, it is giving a present that does not cost you to a person, and seeing a smile on his face.
