The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (USA)

Actually I have been. I was told years ago I could not move into a building because I was under 30. I have since had where I have been told I could not apply for some jobs because I was not over 55. I lived in one mobile home park that harassed my sister, my neice and myself because they did not want anyone under 55 there even though legally they weren't a 55 and older park. When we went to buy the trailer there we had to go infront of the board and be approved. We were and were told by them that they were glad to have young people in there. After we moved in though the President told us to our face that they only allowed us in because they didn't want to be sued. The next five years were miserable as they did everything they could to try and drive us out. They filed complaints with the associate that were false or we were expected to keep but no one else in the park were. Things like that. We finally filed a complaint against them with HUD and they were being investigated. We finally were able to move and we were more then happy to leave.

I have not,but I think there is no much difference between different ages.Everyone in the world will meet it.So there should be no discrimination on age.
