 For the past two years, my husband and I have been trying to have a baby. Finally, last January, i conceived. However, we've lost the baby just last month due to miscarriage. During my pregnancy, i used to worry a lot, I always felt anxious. I also suffered from insomnia. I tried to calm myself but it was really hard for me. My worries range from little things to serious ones. Now, my heart beats so fast whenever I think of pregnancy. I want to get pregnant but I am afraid of carrying a baby inside my womb. It's really weird.

1.  Lady_Justice (456) | 3 years ago |  I'm sorry for your loss. Please don't blame yourself. Take good care of yourself and take time to heal before considering pregnancy again. Is there a good high risk pregnancy doctor in your area? You might want to research that. I suffered miscarriage before having my kids, and when I did carry my first pregnancy full term, it was with a high risk pregnancy specialist.

I am not used to sharing problems to persons I haven't met personally, but with the response that I received from you, I guess there's nothing wrong with being open to other people. Knowing that I am not alone made me feel better now. I think I really have to find a good high risk pregnancy doctor. | |

2.  Foxxee (2636) | 3 years ago |  I had two miscarriages back to back a long time ago. I felt depressed after that and just gave up trying. My body went through different emotions. A part of me wanted to try again and the other part wasn't ready. I was scared I would have another miscarriage.
Long story short, I ended up getting pregnant. I have had 4 pregnancies, but only 2 of them pregnancies were a success. I have a 4 year old and a 15 month old.
My son was the one that I had given up on. I didn't think I could have him because of the two other failed pregnancies, but it happend and I was able to carry him full term.
I have also heard of women having several miscarriages before they have that one successful pregnacy.
Hang in there. Just don't give up hope.
If it was meant to happen, it will happen. If it never does happen, then maybe you are here for another reason. Maybe you are suppose to adopt and save another childs life by giving them a wonderful home and loving parents.
Whereever your road ends, just keep your head high. I know miscarriages are hard and sometimes it can take a long time to heal.

 dramaqn (799) | 3 years ago |  Yes, losing a child before it even takes a breath is just as hard. I lost my 6th child. It was devestating. I know that everything happens for a reason, but couldn't grasp that at the time, seeing how I had 5 healthy pregnancies prior.
Did or do you have a support system? How did you get through it?

3.  akinad (336) | 3 years ago |  im sorry to hear that..you should try to prepare yourself if you like to get pregnant again..try to calm yourself..exercise and some hobbbies would help..dont stress yourself up..the time will come when you are ready to have a baby..so for now you shoul prepare yourself..get healthy,be happy always,avoid anxieties and just have faith..GOD will soon give you what you and your husband are hoping for...

| Babyzey (16) | 3 years ago | Thanks, i really appreciate your response. Five years ago, when I decided to quit law school, I lost also my close friends. Now, I only have my husband as my best friend. I have my family ofcourse who's very supportive, but I am the type of person who prefers to keep problems to myself rather than sharing it to others. Perhaps, it contributes to my anxiety problem. I refused to talk and share problems to other people. Another reason perhaps why I develop this anxiety is the fact that I do not work. I just stay at home to take care of my younger sister. I do not have anything to keep my mind busy.
