yeaterday my best friend who is in nanjing phoned me and said she is about to buy a house of 100 squre meters.I can imagine how she is happy from the sound,so I feel happy so ! but afterwards I think one thing:she and her botfriend have no money,so these time they were trying to borrow money as much as they can.buying a house is a good thing, because living in your own house is another feeling other than living in renting rooms, but unfornately for us poor people, from then on we will have a heavy burden on our shoulders? so till now I dare not to think when to buy my own house.

Regarding buying my own dream house is a major decision to be considered in my life. Because in the first place its worth a million dollars not even yet considering the maintenance. For me instead ,I would rather invest my first hard earn dollars to venture into business until such time I could afford to buy in cash and able also to cope the maintenance expenses. Having a stable business would make your cash flow smooth even realizing your dream house and living happily without any bad feelings.

i agree with you! i do not know why the price of house becomes so high,so buying a house for us youth is nearly impossible without loan or borrowing money from others.our burden and pressure is so heavy,so i think buying house is a big dicision worthy of consideration carefully.

I am so glad to meet you, i am in nanjing. The house price is so high and we have to bear the heavy debt, we have bought JUBAOSHANGZHUANG, and we will get it on 28-June(But i think it maybe delay), it is so happy and so dolorous.

I'mt not really sure when I'll buy my own house, if it'll be my own, or if I'll move in with my boyfriend here in Canada, or maybe in the States... who knows? Or we might choose another country and move there. I wouldn't mind going back to Denmark!
