My wife signed the separation agreement last night, so as of 8:05pm April 19th I am a free man and she agreed to all of my terms. Now I have double the reasons to celebrate 4/20 tonight LOL.

Well congratulations , it must feel good to have this new found freedom, now make sure you don't go straight out and get yourself hooked into another relationship straight away, take your time to enjoy that freedom and just have some lone time....

Ah yes... I do fear that especially since she didn't get independant legal advice, but I hope she honours her agreement more then she honoured her wedding vows LOL

LMAO that is like asking for honor among thieves doesn't happen if she did nto get legal advice then she can come back on ya for things adn then every 6 months to revisit issues regaurding children and visitation. Sucks but it fact of life.

Congratulations!!!! I know you have been waiting on this for a while and that it wasn't easy for you to get. From what I've read in your other posts I got the impression that this was like pulling teeth from an elephant. So I can well imagine while you'll be celebrating. I'm very happy for you. Have a great time but be safe :)
